We make precision gears and machined parts in Mt. Pleasant, Texas, and the work is only as good as the people doing it. Most of our positions are for machinists; we also have engineering, clerical, and part-time assistant positions. We’re always interested in hearing from machinists who do it well, and from people earlier in their career who are serious about learning it.
What We’re Looking For
We care about aptitude and attitude: self-motivated, hands-on, mechanically inclined, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and serious about doing precision work well. We look for those that are a good fit, and derive satisfaction from creating something tangible.
Working Here
The work that comes through the shop is varied and rarely routine. We take on one-off parts and problems that require you to think. Most people start on manual mills and lathes, over time learn increasingly complex setups, and have the opportunity to do CNC machining and gear cutting.
Being Here
There’s steady work, a craft worth learning, and experienced people willing to teach it. We have a tight team that takes the work seriously and holds a high bar.
